Coming up this week in Port Charles:
More teen drama! Normally, teen story lines suck. Every summer, we old school soap fans have to brace ourselves for an influx of teens and their teen angst for at least two months. Case in point: Days of Our Lives. However, we aren’t talking about Days right now. General Hospital has managed to pull us in to the summer teen story line for several reasons:
1. The teens are portrayed by talented young actors and actresses who are enjoyable to watch.
2. No other cast members are lacking in story line. (Except for Lucky. WTH?)
3. All the citizens of Port Charles are intertwined into the summer story line. Dare I say it is an excellent story line?
This week, the kids make it to Cancun after somehow escaping from Jerry’s evil talons. Apparently, Jerry will have bigger fish to fry in the forms of Jason and Sam. I saw a preview and Jason is wounded! NO! Not Stone Cold! But I digress…
Kristina and Michael will decide that since they are already in Mexico, they might as well make good use of their time there. Rumor has it that Michael will meet some hotties that strike his fancy. I heard one kiss was definite for sure, but that there could be even more!
Where does that leave Kristina? Maybe it’s her turn to be the third wheel for once!
