CBS Soaps in Depth broke the news that Noelle Beck, who took over the role of ATWT’s Lily Snyder from Martha Byrne, has been put on recurring status. It was announced before the cancellation of ATWT that ex-GL alum Daniel Cosgrove has been cast on the show, character T.B.A. Regardless of the current status of the sudser, Cosgrove is set to assume the role of Dr. Chris Hughes, last played by the very sexy Dylan Bruce, in March.
